Formula 1 driver Liam Lawson disclosed he barely escaped a potentially deadly collision during Sunday's F1 event in Mexico when two safety personnel crossed the track immediately ahead of his car

The alarming incident occurred on the third circuit when track officials were seen on the racing surface as Lawson was rejoining the race following an early pitstop to change his damaged front wing
